  • johnnyt - my reference is in regard to the US being required to submit authority to a UN governing body. The US as a sovereign nation is not required to submit to any such body. This would require a constitutional amendment, which does require ratification of 3/4's of the states.

  • Hi johnnyt. This agreement creates a new world legal regime. "The 194-party conference agreed to start negotiations on a new accord that would put all countries under the same legal regime enforcing commitments to control greenhouse gases. It would take effect by 2020 at the latest."

  • This agreement will never amount to anything in the United States of America. This agreement would require a constitutional amendment in order to grant the UN or any other global body authority over us. A constitutional amendment requires ratification of 3/4's of the states.
